Chantal Panozzo
Writer & Copywriter in Zurich, Switzerland
So. You’re a writer. Or at least you want to become one. If you are living in Europe, it can be almost impossible to find classes or training in English. That’s where I come in. I’ve taught at an American university. I’ve been a copywriter for ad agencies on two continents. And I’ve written articles and essays for everything from international newspapers to local magazines.  And now I’m opening my writing studio to prospective students.

Whether you’d prefer one-on-one, a class, or a workshop for your club or organization, I currently offer the following:

A Beginner’s Guide to Getting Published
Every writer has to start somewhere. But where? How to find out what you’re already an expert in, how to research publications, and how to turn your ideas into published articles without having to write them first. By the end of the class you will have at least one query letter ready to send off to a publication of your choice and the know-how to complete many more.

Advertising Copywriting
As companies go global, English copywriters become needed in countries even where English isn’t the official language. Learn how to come up with ideas, how to write to sell, and how to market your newfound skills in the international marketplace.

Intro to Personal Essay Writing
How do you break into publications being an unknown writer, especially if you don’t have any clips? One of the best ways is through personal essay writing. Learn how to write a personal essay, how to sell it, and where to send it. By the end of the class you will have at least one completed essay, cover letter, and a publication in mind to send it to.
